Please note that payment is due at time of service. Karen Geren is not an in-network preferred provider for insurance plans. However, she works directly with insurance companies to maximize utilization of out-of-network benefits. Additionally, HCFA forms which are summaries of accrued charges are provided on a monthly basis. Clients may submit these forms to their insurance companies for potential reimbursement. Finally, a sliding scale fee based on financial need may be arranged directly with Karen Geren, LCSW.
